The guide contains key questions for trust boards and senior leaders to consider about the potential benefits and common barriers to developing AHP leadership capacity and capability throughout their organisations and system as well as key Insights as to how their organisations are benefiting from dedicated chief AHP leadership. The publication adds to the growing list of national publications asking the system to prioritise the need for diverse clinical leadership at senior levels.
