Colour Run in memory of Sue Louth

Since returning to HEE in April I’ve had conversations with many of you about us doing something together as a network and team to commemorate Sue Louth, celebrate the impact she had on us all, and raise money for charity.

Sue Louth was the North West AHP Workforce Lead for many years. Sue was a wonderful boss, colleague and friend and is greatly missed, she was a source of great calmness in the most challenging of situations, and through her hard work and dedication she created such an important legacy for the allied health professions in the North West and nationally.

As a starting point, in September members of the North West AHP Network and wider workforce colleagues are taking part in Colour Run Manchester in Sue’s memory and to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK. We’ve set an ambitious target for such an important charity and we've chosen Colour Run because it's a celebration - and that's what we want to do: remember and celebrate the impact she had on us all.

If you would like to support us you can make a donation via our team page on Just Giving: https://www.justgiving.com/teams/NWAHP and if you would like to join the team taking part in the run please contact naomi.mcvey@hee.nhs.uk
