Forum Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to the AHPs in Touch forums!

We have put together this document containing rules and guidelines for using the "AHPs in touch" forums. We will assume good faith when dealing with violations; we will warn or ban users who repeatedly or blatantly violate the rules.
Administrators have the final say in modifying, interpreting and enforcing these rules.

NB: If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of an Administrator. Please use the "Report" feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself.

Topics covered in this forum
The purpose of this forum is to encourage sharing of information and networking within the NHS and its partners. Views expressed are solely those of the contributors; the AHP Network holds no responsibility for the accuracy of any statements.

Spam, advertising, self-promoting or job vacancies must not be posted
This forum defines spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services, job vacancies and/or other web sites, or posts with little or completely unrelated content. Do not use the forum to post links to your website or product or self-promote your website, business or forums. This will be viewed as a violation.

Members who post forum spam will have their posts removed. If a post that is otherwise appropriate also includes links considered to be spam, those links will be removed.

Sensitive information
Do not post sensitive information (email addresses or phone numbers). Administrators will remove personal information from posts to protect your privacy.

Links
Do not post content in its entirety, unless you are the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder. Provide links to content; keep your posts short and concise.

Language and conduct
Members are reminded to make responsible postings. All posts should be professional and courteous.

Do not use obscene, lewd, lascivious, or excessively violent language. Do not harass, insult, taunt, provoke, demean or personally attack other forum members.

Any material constituting defamation, discrimination, harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited and will be removed.

These will be considered as a violation of the rules for acces to the forum.
