Pre-event activities:

To help you get the most out of the event in terms of learning, discussions and action planning we would like participants to carry out the following short pre-event activities. This should around 30 to 45 minutes.

  1. Read through the Healthcare Leadership model and start to think about how it relates to your role and development goals or needs.
  2. Carry out the free healthcare leadership model self-assessment (you will need to register at the bottom of the page first).
  3. Take a quick look at the NHS Change model and start to think about how this can help us lead and influence at times of change.
  4. Identify 2 or 3 priority areas for your leadership development over the next year -  we won't be expecting you to share these but they will help you get the most out of the presentations, workshop and marketplace.
